After registering you, click on CPR Referral on upper right side of web site menu.
Refer your friends to our site and receive Loyalty Points. If one or
more of your friends return to our site and purchase something, you
will receive Reward Points.
These points add up to cash savings fast. Refer as many people as you can and watch your points add up!
Customer Loyalty Points
Automatic points system. It will give points when an order is
processed or completed. Will also take away points for an order that is
later set to Declined, failed, etc. We added the points system as a why to thank our customers.
Earn 1 point for every $ you spend on our store! Good to apply towards
discounts for future purchases. A way for us to say "Thank You" to our
repeat customers!
How do I know how many points I have?
- Log into your account
- You should see in the welcome message how much you have
- Alternatively, you can click on modify profile and you will see the total points you have left at the top.
Do I have to create an account to collect points?
- Yes. In order for us to track how many points you earn and spend, we need for you to have an account.
- You also need to log into your account to be able to spend your points.
How do I use my points to pay or help pay for an order?
- Log into your account
- Add items to your cart
- Upon checkout, select "Pay with Points" payment method.
- Enter the amount of points you want to apply to this order
- Click "Submit Order"
- If you don't have enough points to pay for the entire order, the cart will prompt you for another payment method.
- Note that on our store, if you cannot collect points for that
product, then you also cannot pay for that product with points.
Examples are the Closeout and Specials etc.
How do I know how many points I have earned per order?
- Log into your account
- Click on "Orders History"
- Select which order you want to look up.
- There you will see the Points Earned for this Order and any Points Applied for a discount
Are there products that points cannot be used to purchase?
- Yes, all Predator products including their Poison cue line (sold under The Predator Group name).
Do my point ever expire?
- Yes, you have 90 days to use your points or they are forfeited.
* A few products are not eligible for collecting points. Some that are
not eligible are 'closeouts' products and "Special Sales"
products. See product details for the product you are interested in to
see the # of points you will receive!

Price Match
Customers have a button on the Order History page called "Price
Matching" where they can send Price Matches. The button disappears
after the customer sends a Price Match for every item in an order or after
the time period set by the admin expires.
NOBODY but us offers to match a price after the sale! Price matching does not include closeouts, sales or specials. Must be exact items.
Return Customer Discounts
Receive unadvertised pricing! After your first purchase is successful, your account is upgraded to 'Return Customer'. This level allows you to purchase products at lower discounts. Email, IP Address, Phone Number and other information must be verified.
